What’s the difference between Starter and Growth?

Starter is a small sample for evaluation. Growth adds larger datasets and an AI-assisted summary of historical data.

Can I subscribe at the Starter tier?

Yes. Starter subscriptions include regularly refreshed samples but do not include AI-assisted summaries of historical data.

How often is the data updated?

One-time purchases reflect the latest dataset at purchase. Subscriptions provide ongoing monthly refreshes.

Which file formats are included?

Every download includes a CSV so you can start analyzing in Excel, Google Sheets, or your BI stack right away. Higher tiers include a PDF with an AI-assisted summary of historical data, giving a clearer snapshot of your data.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime in your Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the billing cycle.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by visiting the Billing page or by clicking the “Manage your subscription” link in your receipt email.

Do you support languages other than English?

Downloads and reports are currently available in English only.

What regions does the data cover?

Currently our datasets focus on the United States and the United Kingdom.
